RVI Fans  315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000 and 1250

RVI fans are centrifugal, high pressure single inlet fans of size 315, 400, 500, 630 800, 1000 and 1250. The fans are powered by electric motors to directly or via a flexible coupling. To extend the fan power it is possible with a single size fan to use eight different impellers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8). Fans can anchor directly on the concrete base through isolators or flexibly. Clutch or coupling fans are used at a temperature of transported air above 70°C. At a temperature above 100°C, the bearing disc mounted on the shaft between the volute (spiral) casing and bearing are cooled by a refrigerant. Fans are manufactured in the standard version, moreover size 630 is also made in the armoured version (i.e. reinforced impeller and spiral casing reinforced with a removable cartridge).

Fans of standard design are used to transport clean or mild, non-abrasive dust polluted air. Armoured fans are used to transport air mass with abrasive additives. Fans can be used for transport of gaseous, explosive fluids of corrosive nature, air mass containing fibrous dust and gaseous fluid with impurities, which could cause clogging. Fans are not gas-tight and should not be used for the transport of harmful and odorous air mass.

Fans of the RVI series are very suitable for ventilation and the most common types are RVI 500 and RVI 630

Exhaust fans BNK3 and BNK4

These are single inlet radial fans with cooling disc, designed for exhaustion of combustion gases from boilers for solid fuels (mainly wood boilers). The fans are designed to exhaust gas of temperature up to 250 ° C. The fan is driven by a three-phase electric motor of speed of 2830 min-1 respectively, 2845 min-1 and power output 0.25 kW respectively, 1.1 kW. Linking the fan with the object for exhaustion is done using a solid metal pipe or hose with a diameter of 125 mm respectively of 150 mm.

Exhaust fans LOPP 230 and LOPP 330

This is a single inlet radial fan, designed for exhaustion of combustion gases from solid fuel boilers r(mainly wood boilers). The fan is designed to exhaust gas of temperature up to 250 ° C. The fan is driven by a three-phase electric motor of speed 2850 min-1, respectively 2880 min-1 and 0.75 kW, respectively 2.2 kW. Linking the fan with the object for exhaustion is done using clamps of 200 mm diameter, respectively 300 mm.

Exhaust fans VMT 180 and VMT 260

This is a single inlet radial fan, designed for exhaustion of combustion gases from solid fuel boilers. The fan is designed to exhaust gas of temperature up to 250°C. The fan is driven by a single-phase electro.motor of speed 2895 min-1, respectively 2860 min-1 and power output of 0,18 kW, respectively 0,55 kW. Linking the fan with the object for exhaustion is done using durable tubes or metal hoses of diameter 125 mm, respectively 150 mm.
